Associational Missions Strategist

Samuel came to Screven in September 2025 to serve the Screven family of churches as our Associational Mission Strategist. He and his wife, Kimmie, have four children and way too many pets. Samuel served as a preaching pastor for 12 years before the Lord called him into associational ministry. God has given him a love for pastors and local churches, as well as the deep conviction that we accomplish the most and best Kingdom work when churches partner together.

Administrative Assistant and Financial Specialist

Susan came to Screven in January 2005 to serve as the financial secretary. Over the years her role has changed several times. She has served as the full-time ministry assistant and the church and community ministries director. Her current mission is serving as the administrative assistant for the everyday functions of the association and with women’s missions, pastor’s wives and VBS ministries. She has a love for people and working with them to glorify God’s Kingdom. She is married to “Bubba” and has three children and three grandchildren, Mason, Haleigh, and Bryson. Her happy place is the beach and she also enjoys painting furniture.

Web Admin/Media Design

Ashley joined the screven team in March of 2024 as web admin/media design. She serves to keep everything up to date online and present all information needed to enable churches to serve the Kingdom well. She has served in ministry from the time she was a small child, as a pastor's kid, to today as the pastor's wife. She is married to Justin Redfern, Pastor of FBC Eutawville, and has three sons. She enjoys serving her local church by assisting in leading worship, media design, and helping with the children and students. She also does freelance media design work for local churches. She enjoys weekends at the river with her family and Georgia Bulldogs football!
