Screven news: Partnership Agreement Between Lydia Baptist Church & Old Fort Baptist Church
Lydia Baptist Church in Summerville partnered with Old Fort Baptist Church in a service Sunday morning, October 29, 2023. Transitional Pastor Bobby Bailey has been leading Lydia Baptist Church with the assistance of Tommy Richardson from the Screven Baptist Association for the past two years. The partnership aims to enable the necessary changes and adjustments to Lydia's overall structure to spread the Gospel in their neighborhood. Pastor Eric Lethco of Old Fort Baptist Church spoke at the service and challenged the congregation to strive to become a healthy church, enabling them to be the church that God requires them to be for their community.
